    way too high with new front springs

    high everyone... i just installed new front springs Moog 8336 for my 67 Galaxie 390 XL Fastback. The Car has PS, PB, w/AC  But the ride high is 4" more than with the old one.  Now i have an offroad Galaxie. Do i have the wrong Springs?

    Maybe.  I looked on Rockauto.com and it lists the Moog 8336 for a convertible, but I don't know if that would really make a difference on ride height.  Moog 8334 is what they list for the Sedan / Hardtop.  

    Did  you make sure the springs snapped into the seats on the perch when you installed them?  If they are not all the way in, that could account for a couple of inches at least..
