HI new to Galaxies been a Gran Torino fan for 25 years can someone tell me the best way to remove the lower A frame.

What car? I'll assume 64, or earlier, to have A shaped lower control arm. You can either remove the spring first, then unbolt the LCA from the frame, or unbolt the LCA, with a jack under the spindle, and release the spring pressure by lowering the jack. Either way is dangerous because you are dealing with the spring and you have to control the release of all that energy.
