hi. is it possible to put a sleeve on the upper steering column bearing without removing the bearing? 67 galaxie. thanks

If your talking about the rubber sleeve that goes around the upper bearing I don't see how you could replace it without removing the bearing. Once you remove the steering wheel, turn signal switch and the snap ring that holds it in place just remove the two nuts that hold the flange on and you have it where you can just tap the bearing out to replace the rubber sleeve.
