Not a difficult job. Drain fuel tank of fuel, otherwise it will be very heavy. Remove the fuel gauge sending unit wire and fuel supply line. Remove fuel tank straps and you should be good to go. You may have an overflow or vent tube that is connected to vehicle that will also need to be removed. I have done it many times on my 61. I have used a golf "Tee",  or wood dowel to insert into the fuel line once you disconnect from tank to prevent fuel draining out of fuel line from gravity.
