If your car was manufactured before 3-1-67, it had a black bag-type reservoir. If after that date, it was a plastic bottle:
That link references the part #, you may find it cheaper on Ebay or other vintage Ford parts suppliers. Try googling "1967 Galaxie washer reservoir".
You can determine the manufacture date of your car by the VIN #. Try googling "1967 Ford VIN decoder".
Google is your friend.

Boogyman,
is it possible that there were different ways of how the washer reservoir was mounted?
I too have a bottle but at a different spot and different mounting. Mine sits on top of the wheel housing. Also I do not find a replacement for it and mine is broken. Car is a 1967 convertible 390 cui with AC.
I will check the part number on the bottle next time I am in the garage...
Thanks
Philip

Mine is a 289 with factory AC so it is possible some things are located differently because of FE engine being bigger.
Tell ya what, if you want to swap engines I'll throw in my washer bottle for free.

Thanks for the response.
I checked the part number of the bottle today. C7AB-17610-A
If anybody had one for sale, please let me know.
Thanks
