I just went thru all of that with my car. I can't answer your question specifically, however, I can make a suggestion. The best thing I did was to borrow a set of wheels from a tire shop to try on my car for fit. I suggest you go to a wheel and tire shop and see if they have anything available you can try on. That way, you will know for sure what will work. The tire/wheel shop I dealt with, offered this to me without my asking. It worked out well for them as I returned my business and purchased from them what I needed.
Another option would be to ask a shop what measurements they need to calculate and let them figure it out for you?
