How is the trunk interior lamp controlled to go on and off on a 1965 Galaxie 500? My light is on all of the time when my head light switch is on. This does not seem correct. Shouldn't there be a switch that allows the light to go on and off as the trunk lid is raised or shut?

i would imagine it should have a mercury switch but i may be wrong
