I am looking to replace light bulbs in my speedometer cluster. How do I remove the cluster? Do you have to remove the top dash cover? I was able to get at the oil and altentator lights easily, but can figure out how to get at these.

In my 70 it is much easier to start be removing the dash cover. I'm not sure how much, or if the 67 would be that much different. Once you remove the dash cover it is much easier to access the back side of the instrument cluster, and you may even be able to reach all the lamp sockets to replace the lamps without removing the cluster.

Thanks. I talked to a couple of local people today and they thought I could reach the light bulbs from underneath. After looking that does not seem likely. I am guessing removing the dash cover is the way. Is ther any secret to that? I have removed all the screws and bolts I can see...is there any clips or something like that? Dont want to damage it.

I seem to recall that mine comes off easily when all the fasteners are removed. I can't help you find all the fasteners on your 67, so I don't mean it to be a smart a$$ answer. There will likely be some screws around the instrument cluster and at the ends and front of the dash pad.

I was able to get it last night. Don't think it had ever been off. Just took a little wiggling. Thanks for you help!
