    Modified transmission mount

    Picture of a modified 61 transmission mount to accept a 4R70W tranny. I didn't want to cut up the old mount but it seemed easier this way than to start from scratch. There are two gusset plates underneath the flat bar for added strength. Also, by doing it this way, I am still able to run the emergency cable as per factory.
