I found a late 60's or early 70's Big Ford convertable at the wreaking yard, I wanted the
two lower control arms off of it, but the forward mount is almost hidden and it has the
brake cable running through the some access hole. My question is this, has
anyone removed the control arm and can tell me what size the nut is?
I'll be going to the yard tomorrow and plan on pulling them....damn which I had a cordless
saws all...hahaha
FYI the yard is full of CV and they sell the whole rear suspension for about $200, was
$92 this weekend for their three day sale...
I'm planning on picking up front and rear at their next sale.
