Hey guys has any one had anything to do with the repro Galaxie bumpers ? Do you know if they are any good?
Also USAmadeparts on ebay have 2 versions of kick panels for 64 Galaxie any one has speaker mounts moulded in. Has any one seen these?.

I'm not much help because I haven't gotten many reproduction parts for my gal but all the parts you mentioned I got off eBay. My bumpers were recrhromed originals (off ebay) and I got kick panels there too.

I bought some kick panels off e-bay USA Made Parts that I recently installed for my 61 Sunliner. They have the speaker pod molded in and they driver's side doesn't interfere with the parking brake or access to the dimmer switch. I'm still looking for speakers to put in them that will work with the Custom Auto Sound Retro radio I put in do I could ditch the 8 track player. I have a saved search for bumper stuff on e-bay but haven't seen any that were new repro or reconditioned latley.

Check out Born Again Classics for re-plated bumpers. Also, Dennis Carpenter is selling new repop bumpers front and rear for 1964 Galaxies.

Thanks Guys, its kind of hard to find this stuff and assess it from AUS, the repro bumpers I saw were on ebay and were cheaper that rechroming here but I am not sure of their quality.
Are you having trouble getting speakers to fit those kick pannels Mr Wicked 61 ? Are they a weird size?

the recommeded speaker is 4 inch and provide informatoin on an Alpine and polk audio speakers. I'm looking to get as close to my radio's 75 watts but most 4 inch speakers are 45 watt. I plan to check some local stores and see what's available.

Thanks Wicked i will do some snooping here before I buy if I can't get what I want I might buy plain panels and cut them.
I have polks with tweeters in my XY they sound ok, I have a subwoofer under the seat but to be honest there's no getting away from the sound of the exhaust lucky I like it .
