Hi. I'm new here and am in the process of refurbishing a '68 Galaxie 500 Convertible. I am keeping it mostly stock but making some updates too. I have three of the original hubcaps but I think I want to change them anyway. The friction fit that held the hubcaps on when they were new doesn't really hold very well now. I've been looking at different wheel rims for it but but not sure what will look good. I'm not going for anything flashy "pimp my ride" kind of thing. I'd like something that looks pretty vintage but doesn't fly off every time I turn a corner. Any thoughts?

I like the classic look of slot rims or torque thrust rims. Not so flashy that they detract from the car but nice enough that they really add.
