I recently purchased a 1965 Galaxie 500, z code 390 bench seat 4 speed with factory A/C. I want more information on how many of these cars were produced in the 500 model. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can check production numbers on this website. However, at the bottom of the page there is a disclaimer.
* Total Series production for ALLGalaxie 500's was 420,379 units both 6-cylinder and V8. Ford does not have individual breakdowns per body style.

Is '65 too old for a Matri report? Maybe Google Marti Report and see if they can help.

Marti report does not go back to 1965, my info shows 150,185 Galaxie 500 V8 2 door fastbacks and 28,141 Galaxie 500XL V8 2-door fastbacks built that year. No breakdowns on seats, options, etc.
