After I finished the rack and pinion install I decided to make some alignment tools so I can do my own front end alignment.
This is my toe gauge. It worked well, I got it set with a 1/16" toe in
When I built them I used OEM grease caps as the center mount and made sure every thing was either parallel or 90º out from the mount. The original plan was to be able to put an angle finder on the drop down block to measure camber and caster, but the angle finder I have doesn't have as much sensitivity as I would like. I think I will buy a gauge for camber and caster. Looks like Speedway has one for less than $40.00
Next step is for me to make some turn tables. These are some heavy duty lazy susan bearings 1000# capacity. They should work well.

Amazing how you come up with really good ideas and are able to figure out solutions. I wish we were neighbours, I would be over all the time asking questions!

Where did you source the lazy Susan bearings?

eBay, I think I paid $22 for the pair including shipping.

Thanks for the tip! I never thought to look for something like that.
