All the best with your conversion, I hope it goes a little easier for you. I am posting a picture of the clearance that remains now that I put the exhaust manifolds on. You can see in the picture that there isn't a lot of room available between the steering linkage and the exhaust manifold.

hay Dan, what is the angle and or part number for the remer you are using that allows you to taper your holes so you can use yor OEM tie rods??

Sorry, no info to offer. Planning to go see my buddy at his machine shop. Was gonna get those guys do taper holes for me. I was gonna take a tie rod to them so that they can create the same taper. Once I get my driveshaft issue figured out, was gonna take both those projects to the shop at the same time. I will let you know once get it done.

Make sure you check out the drive shaft thread you started. Several of us made some posts with some good info that may make things a whole bunch easier.

Thanks but I think I already figured it out. I took some measurement crunched some numbers and it Should be 1.5" per foot which is also called a 7 degree reamer. Please let me know if your machine shop says something different.

Dan, can you provide me with some measurements on the bracket you made to connect the R&P to the inner tie rods?? I was going to do things differently but realized that the way you have it is the best option.

Yes no problem...just let me know what measurements you need. I have the bracket off the car, so if you need pictures of different views, I can post.
