help needed - electric windows

Hello my name juan I own a 59 ford galaxie fairlane with a 352. And I am just starting to get into it, I have power windows that the motors need to be replaced but no auto parts store or dealer can get me the motors.  Is there any alternative motor I can use or a place I can buy them at? Also my car is over heating, I have had the motor flushed new water pump, thermostat, radiator,  and a new electric fan all new and put in. What can I do for these are the most important at the moment  because it is hot and I can't cruise with my better half when sun is out.... please any advice will help

Regarding the window motors, have you tried an Altenator/Starter rebuilding shop? They may be able to bring those motors back to life.

No I did not think of that, I guess I was hoping to find the window motors that's all. Well I only have 3 of the 4 and the one missing is the drivers door motor😕.

Re: help needed - electric windows

Hi Juan
Best bet is to have them repaired.  I would say around $100 each if they need it.
might be less where you live, I'm in Los Angeles..
But I've had starters and generator rebuilt for $100...
Best
