hi everyone installing pertronix distributor and coil want to upgrade plugs any recomendations and also new gap setting for plugs thank you

welcome to the forum!!  I like a good set of performance wires.  Accel spark plug wires are a good choice and MSD also makes good wires just keep in mind that a good set will cost you about $100.  As to the gap the pertronix kit should come with gapping instructions.  Based on the MSD kits I have used the performance gap is usually around .04 HOWEVER I would not mess with standard spark plugs.  I run E3 plugs in my cars and they make a big difference over standard plugs.  Every vehicle I own, new and old all run E3 plugs and the difference in both power and MPG is quite apparent.  They are designed to not be gaped and the spark is not shrouded like standard plugs, so I think that is a big part of why they work so much better.  Also if you are going with a quality distributor and wires I would also install an MSD coil.
