1969/70 Galaxie/LTD: There are TWO different hoods. Is the body style of your convertible 76A or 76B?
C9AZ-6240110-A .. Deck Lid / Obsolete
All 1969 Galaxie/LTD models except station wagon (obviously!).

Dunno, will have to go check but it DOESN'T have the hide away headlight so maybe you would know by that? Doesn't have that bump out on it. Car isn't at my house yet.
*EDIT* Thinking 76A from what I seen?
