66 galaxie engine

Just  bought an 1966 galaxie,  and i wanna restore the hole car with some changes. Is it possible to fit in an 351 Cleveland engine and transmission?  Thought about throwing some headers on it too, so if anybody know something ill be happy to get response.

Re: 66 galaxie engine

Sure the Cleveland will fit. I'm not sure if the Cleveland will use the same mounts as the small block mounts from 66, but anything can be fabbed to fit. You'll never find a listing for Cleveland swap headers for a 66 Galaxie, but there should be a bunch that will fit, but expect the need for modifying them and count yourself lucky if you don't.
