Sorry, but I have no idea what happened to the email, but the last thing I saw was on this site, that the parts and shipping were 165. I replied, which way do you want the $, so you can ship it? Just let me know and I will dispatch the funds to make my Galaxie happy.
Thanks

My plan for the steering pump didn't work out. Do you use the original type pump, or do you go to some thing more modern, that will work with my 390?

According to the tracking info the parts should be there tomorrow. Did you see the PM I sent you with the info on Pix and the tracking ##?? The pump I used was the pump that came with the engine I transplanted into the car. it was a 302 out of an 84 Grand Marque. It worked well, so if you can figure the bracketry a modern pump... or at least a mid 80s pump should work.

Hi Daze:
I wanted to let you and others in the group, that the 1961 Galaxie power steering unit, you sent me, worked fine in my 1960 Galaxie. Even though, it was mounted a little different than the 60, it worked out fine. I suspect the change was due to a second design. In all, it makes my Sunliner more pleaserable to drive.
Thanks again

Fantastic!!! Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know how it all came together. Did you modify the PS mounts or the frame to make it fit??
