Hello, im swapping a 460 into my 67 ford galaxie 500 2dr hardtop, i know that there are places out there that make kits like crites restoration or dearborn classics, my question is has anyone done it without those kits? The only reason i ask is i dont like how the motor sits one you use the kit, ive heard people robbing motor mounts and the frame mounts from 66-68 ford Lincoln or mercury cars that came stock with 460s, Has anyone one here done a swap like im doing or have any advice?
