1961 Starliner project, installing gas tank, Is there any thing between the tank and trunk floor, rubber matt,etc.? Also does the tank actually touch the trunk floor.

1961 Starliner, It needs windshield installed.
Car has dash removed, interior completely gutted. Can I ,Should I, install windshield before the dash? Easier? make it harder to install dash? Anyone Know?

I bought a kit from Performance Suspension Technology ,included everything and was bolt on for my "61". Couldn't have been easier to install.

Anyone know where I could get 2 Headliner support(bow) extensions for the two rear supports (bows) ?
Part# B9A5752133A ( I know this is a "59" Ford part used on 1960-64 Ford headliners. Even a picture would help.

Looking for suggestions for axle ratio to use in my "61" Starliner FE engine close ratio 4 speed. Assume 28" tires.
Will never see the track. Just a driver.

Putting Starliner back together. Received Bows for Starliner already removed. Any suggestions for order of install. Any other parts beside bows used in installation. Do other "61" models use same bows? Thanks

I have one NOS front fender piece, no other side trim. I have some window trim for Fairlane 2 door post, also some interior metal trim for Fairlane 2 door. Call 330-866-3068.

Great info and I'll be using those tips. I was inquiring about the rubber that surrounds the vent window. there are four small rivets and several larger ones that hold the rubber weather stripping in.

Anyone replace vent window weatherstrip. How are the rivets replaced?? anyone use small machine screws?
