Daniel Carpenter is good for Full Size Ford weatherstripping. Because they still make it in NC. But IMO not that much more Lots of overseas junk is what you will get out of their catalog. I could go on but won't.Anyway their WS is good

I believe I got it figured out (390 by the way). I had originally routed the lines the wrong way over the upper control arm. Rerouted them last night under it and all seems to work. No steering wheel on this project yet so can't totally check right to left clearance. Thanks for the reply.

Seems very difficult to get the stock (not Borgeson) PS hoses to work with the stock Z bar and clutch fork spring clearance and steer the car back and forth. Am I missing something or did they NEVER have a PS car with manual transmissions in 61 or 1962 ? I am using ALL NOS stock OEM parts, so just wondering.

That is why most ALL Galaxies in that era trunks rusted out.

Padded dash or just metal ? Mine was in the same situation as yours and I installed my complete metal dash first  then a new windshield with no concerns.

I can;t stand owners that want to sell a car and do not know what to ask for it. That is his job. Only he knows what he has in it cost wise,or what is worth to HIM. You won't offend him if HE has the price. Then you can ask yourself if that is too much for you to buy it from him or a great deal depending what your need for it is. Just ask him ..What do YOU want for it.That's the SELLERS job.then you won;t offend HIM .If you are not the buyer and just a friend  it is still best if HE states the asking price.  IMO
