Does anyone make a system like this for the 64 Galaxie?
If not, what have you guys done for exhaust systems?

Check this company out. It offers aluminized or stainless steel exhaust systems for the Ford Galaxie. I purchased a stainless steel exhaust system from them. Tip: I used stainless band clamps and drilled a stainless set screw in each joint to prevent the pipes from sliding/moving. It will allow you to take the pipes off easily for any reason and then reassemble them without permanently crushing the joint metal. Traditional clamps will disfigure the joints making it virtually impossible to reassemble the system as originally installed.

Thanks. I will check them out. Not sure if they are mandrel bent, but these may be my only option.
