Replacing 1964 moving lower control arm bushing/mount

Where can I find the bolt and spacer etc. To replace the moving lower control arm / mount bushing?  I've seen a picture on here from an older post but where can I buy one?

I assume you're mean the 'upgrade' sometimes called offset shaft eliminator?

I've seen them listed by Rare Parts, Mark Reynolds (Galaxie Club of America) and in Greg Donahue's catalog whose inventory was sold to: https://www.budsclassiccars.com/
