    1964 galaxie vent window

    does the window have to be removed in order to remove the vent window frame?
    as I am going to replace the vent window rubber seals
    thanks

    I'm thinking you can wiggle the frame out without taking the whole main glass out.  Been quite a few years since I had mine apart(like 1997).  I put new felt slides in mine but the vent rubber was okay.  I also refurbished the crank mechanism as they were sloppy.
