Looks like you might need to replace some rusty floors before putting new carpet in. I'll echo the comments from Ford Muscle and say that when the floor pans drop inside the rockers, like yours, and is not flat, or straight across between the door sills, then that should be considered a footwell car. It does look like you have some holes in the floor.
